Cindy Libby-Green
Executive Director
Cindy Libby-Green has been in senior-related healthcare for 25 years. As the Executive Director of Premier Homecare, she combines an intense passion for working with the elderly and substantial expertise in the geriatric care industry at the national, state and local levels. Her experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing/Development for a regional nursing home chain; Vice President of Business Development for a national post acute care corporation; and as an operations consultant to several long-term care companies. A former chairperson of the District of Columbia Long Term Care Committee, Ms. Libby-Green also has extensive regulatory and legislative experience at the state level.
Ms. Libby-Green attended Temple University in Philadelphia. She lives outside of Washington, DC, with her husband and children.
